ABS-CBN S+A to air NBA Preseason Games

ABS-CBN S+A will air NBA preseason games starting tomorrow (October 3) to ease fans and players alike back into the grind before the opening of the 72nd season of the world’s best professional basketball league this coming‪ October 18.

Starting off the festivities are the Milwaukee Bucks led by All-Star Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Dallas Mavericks, which will introduce their draft pick Dennis Smith Jr. alongside Mavs legend Dirk Nowitzki ‪tomorrow (October 3) at 8:30 am LIVE on S+A and S+A HD.

It will be followed by the match-ups between cross-city rivals Brooklyn and New York‪ on Wednesday (October 4) at 7:30 am; while Memphis and Philadelphia check each other ‪on Thursday (October 5) at 7 am. Meanwhile, defending champion Golden State Warriors will pay a visit to the Jimmy Butler-led Minnesota Timberwolves ‪on October 9 at 7 am while Houston will get to test their Chris Paul-James Harden experiment as they fly to New York to face Kristaps Porzingis and the Knicks for their game on‪October 10, which will air‪ at 7:30 am.

Fans will also get a glimpse of Lebron James’ new Cleveland Cavaliers squad with recruits Isaiah Thomas, 2011 MVP Derrick Rose, and Dwyane Wade when they battle Rose and Wade’s former team, the rebuilding Chicago Bulls to be led by Zach Lavine and rookie Lauri Markannen ‪on October 11,‪at 8 am.

Wrapping up the preseason offerings on S+A are the Boston Celtics that will feature their new Big Three of Kyrie Irving, Gordon Hayward, and Al Horford when they go up against Kemba Walker and Dwight Howard of the Charlotte Hornets on October 12 at 7 am.

The 2017-2018 “NBA Action” will also be aired beginning Friday (October 6) at 11 am.

Bago pa man magbukas ang ika-72 na season ng NBA, masisilip na ng mga Pilipino ang laro ng ilan sa pinakasikat na koponan sa NBA sa pagpapalabas ng ABS-CBN S+A ng preseason games simula bukas (Oktubre 3).

Panoorin ang paghaharap ng Milwaukee Bucks ni All-Star Giannis Antetokounmpo at Dallas Mavericks na ibibida ang kanilang top draft pick na si Dennis Smith Jr. bukas (Oktubre 3) ng 8:30 am, LIVE sa S+A at S+A HD.

Susundan ito ng banggaan ng magkaribal na Brooklyn at New York sa Miyerkules (Oktubre 4) ng 7:30 am; habang susubukan naman ng Memphis at Philadelphia ang galing ng isa’t isa sa Huwebes (Oktubre 5) ng 7 am. Samantala, dadalawin naman ng defending champion na Golden State Warriors ang Minnesota Timberwolves ni Jimmy Butler sa Oktubre 9 ng 7 am habang mapapanood naman ng NBA fans sa unang pagkakataon ang tambalang James Harden at Chris Paul ng Houston Rockets kontra New York Knicks ni Kristaps Porzingis sa Oktubre 10 ng 7:30 am.

Masisilayan na rin ng fans ang mga bagong salta sa Cleveland Cavaliers ni LeBron James na sina Isaiah Thomas, 2011 MVP Derrick Rose, at Dwyane Wade sa kanilang laban sa dating koponan nina Rose at Wade na Chicago Bulls, na aasahan ang dating Slam Dunk champion na si Zach Lavine at ang rookie na si Lauri Markannen sa Oktubre 11 ng 8 am.

Magsisilbing panapos naman sa preseason games ng S+A at S+A HD ang sagupaang Boston Celtics at Charlotte Hornets kung saan ipaparada ng Celtics ang kanilang bagong Big Three na sina Kyrie Irving, Gordon Hayward, at Al Horford kontra kina Kemba Walker at Dwight Howard sa Oktubre 12 ng 7 am.

Ipapalabas din sa S+A ang 2017 WNBA Finals Game 4 sa pagitan ng Minnesota at Los Angeles sa Lunes (Oktubre 2) ng 12 noon at may replay sa parehong araw ng 8 pm. Mapapanood din ang 2017-2018 “NBA Action” simula Biyernes (Oktubre 6) ng 11 am.
