ABS-CBN tinutukan ng mas maraming Pilipino noong Setyembre

ABS-CBN pa rin ang pinakatinutukang network pagdating sa paghahatid ng makabuluhang balita at paghahandog ng mga palabas na puno ng aral noong Setyembre matapos nitong umani ng average audience share na 47% o 14 na puntos na mas mataas kumpara sa GMA na mayroon lamang 33%, ayon sa datos ng Kantar Media.

Ang Kapamilya network din ang pinakapinanood na network sa ibang panig ng bansa. Nanguna ang Kapamilya network sa Metro manila, sa pag-ani nito ng average audience share na 42%, kumpara sa 28% ng GMA; sa Total Luzon sa pagtala nito ng 43% at tinalo ang GMA na may 36%; sa Total Visayas sa pagrehistro nito ng 54% kumpara sa 27% ng GMA; at sa Total Mindanao, kung saan nagkamit ito ng 54% laban sa 30% ng GMA.

Gumagamit ang multinational audience measurement provider na Kantar Media ng panel size na 2,610 mula sa urban at rural homes na rumerepresenta sa 100% total TV viewing population ng bansa.

Nanguna pa rin sa listahan ang “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” (40.2%) sa selebrasyon ng ikalawa nitong anibersaryo at patuloy na pinasasabik ang mga manonood sa misyon ni Cardo (Coco Martin) na sagipin ang kapwa niya Special Action Force members.

Hindi rin naman nagpahuli ang pinagbibidahang serye ng KathNiel na “La Luna Sangre” (35.2%) kung saan pinag-usapan ang pagbabalik ng Kapamilya aktres na si Angel Locsin at ipinakilala bilang Jacintha Magsaysay.

Samantala, nanatili namang pinakapinanood na news program ang “TV Patrol” (33.8%) sa paghahatid nito ng mga nagbabagang balita at pagbibigay serbisyong publiko, kumpara sa katapat nitong “24 Oras” (20.9%).

Tinutukan din ang variety-talent-talk show na “Little Big Shots” (33.3%) na lubos na kinagiliwan hindi lang dahil sa natatanging talento ng mga kabataan, kung hindi pati na rin sa kwentong pumukaw sa puso ng mga manonood.

Patuloy ring pinagmumulan ng inspirasyon ang mga kwento sa “MMK 25” (30.1%) na mula sa mga istorya ng totoong buhay ng letter senders. Nagdala rin ng aral ang katatapos lamang na “Wansapantaym Presents: Amazing Ving” (27.8%) sa mga kabataang Pinoy.

Patindi rin naman nang patindi ang mga rebelasyon sa “Wildflower” (25.3%) at nanatiling namamayagpag sa timeslot nito.

Kasama rin sa top 10 ang Kapamilya comedy shows na “Home Sweetie Home” (23.7%) na pinagbibidahan nina John Lloyd Cruz at Toni Gonzaga at ang “Goin’ Bulilit” (21.2%) na pinangungunahan naman ng Kapamilya child stars na tinututukan pagdating sa komedya.

Samantala, inabangan din ang ABS-CBN sa lahat ng time blocks noong Setyembre, partikular na sa primetime (6PM-12MN), kung saan nakakuha ito ng average national audience share na 51%, o 20 na puntos na lamang kumpara sa 31% ng GMA. Ang primetime block ang pinakaimportanteng parte ng araw kung kailan karamihan sa mga Pilipino ay nanonood ng telebisyon at inilalagay ng advertisers ang malaking parte ng kanilang investment upang makaabot sa mas maraming consumers.

Naghari rin ang Kapamilya network sa morning block (6AM-12NN) at nagtala ng 40% laban sa 31% ng GMA; sa noontime block (12NN-3PM) matapos nitong magkamit ng 47% kumpara sa 35% ng GMA; at sa afternoon block (3PM-6PM) at nagkamit ng 43% laban sa 39% ng GMA.

ABS-CBN captures more Filipinos nationwide in September

ABS-CBN remained as the country’s top TV network with the most watched relevant news and values-oriented programs in September, recording an average audience share of 47% nationwide in both rural and urban homes or 14 points higher compared to GMA’s 33%, based on data from Kantar Media.

The Kapamilya network also beat GMA in other areas like in Metro Manila where ABS-CBN enjoyed a 42% audience share vs GMA’s 28%,; in Total Luzon with 43% versus GMA’s 36%; in Total Visayas with 54%, beating GMA’s 27%; and in Total Mindanao with 54% versus GMA’s 30%.

Multinational audience measurement provider Kantar Media uses a nationwide panel size of 2,610 urban and rural homes that represent 100% of the total Philippine TV viewing population.

“FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” (40.2%) celebrated its second anniversary on top as it kept its spot as the most watched program in the country, thrilling more viewers as Cardo’s (Coco Martin) went on a heart-pounding adventure to save his fellow Special Action Force members.

Next on the list is KathNiel’s “La Luna Sangre” (35.2%), which recently welcomed the return of Angel Locsin as Jacintha Magsaysay, bringing more action to viewers every night.

Meanwhile, ABS-CBN’s flagship news program “TV Patrol” (33.8%) remained as the most watched news program in the country, compared to its rival show “24 Oras” that only got 20.9%.

Billy Crawford’s variety-talent-talk show “Little Big Shots” (33.3%) also drew more viewers last month as it impressed and inspired viewers with the remarkable talents and touching stories of Pinoy kids.

Also bringing inspiration to audiences was “MMK 25” (30.1%) with the the real-life stories of letter senders that reflect the lives of Filipinos. “Wansapanataym Presents: Amazing Ving” (27.8%), which concluded last month, also inspired and taught values and lessons to young viewers nationwide.

The fierce fights and wild revelations in “Wildflower” (25.3%) continued to grip viewers in September and remained unbeaten in its timeslot.

Also securing a spot in the top 10 are “Home Sweetie Home” (23.7%) starring John Lloyd Cruz and Toni Gonzaga, and “Goin’ Bulilit” (21.2%) led by witty and talented Kapamilya child stars.

ABS-CBN also won across all time blocks, particularly in primetime where it recorded an average audience share of 51% or a 20-point lead over GMA’s 31%. The primetime block is the most important part of the day when most Filipinos watch TV and advertisers put a larger chunk of their investment in to reach more consumers effectively.

The Kapamilya network also garnered more viewers in the morning block (6AM-12NN) with 40% versus GMA’s 31%, the noontime block (12NN-3PM) with 47%, compared to GMA’s 35%, and in the afternoon block (3PM-6PM) with 43%, beating GMA’s 39%.
