ALL OPM FOR KAYE CAL’S FIRST MAJOR CONCERT

 

Acoustic soul artist Kaye Cal takes the Music Museum stage with an all OPM lineup for her very first solo major concert entitled “Kaye Pop” happening on August 18 (Friday) at 8PM.

 

Thirty minutes after releasing concert tickets, the VVIP seats were already sold out for the Kapamilya singer’s latest career milestone.

 

Star Events produces the show which will include Kaye’s successful cover hits “Ikaw Lang” and “Kung Ako Na Lang Sana,” and her latest compositions “Rosas” and “Mahal Ba Ako ng Mahal Ko” in the songs to watch out for. These tracks are part of her first solo album under Star Music launched last March.

 

Her cover of “Why Can’t It Be?,” the song that made its way to BillboardPH Top 20, rank 11 for the week of July 17, will also be part of the concert lineup.

 

Aside from her upcoming show, the former lead vocalist of Ezra Band is also looking forward to another huge project. In a recent interview aired on TV Patrol, she revealed that she was able to ink an international recording deal which she will begin recording this month.

 

“This multi-record deal is now being written and produced by Grammy Award winning songwriter and producer Brody Brown who have also worked with Cee Lo Green, Adele, and Bruno Mars.”

 

Kaye, who hailed from Davao del Sur, is a member of the LGBT community. She has been making waves in the music industry with her soulful singing voice.

 

Dido Camara stage directs the concert, just a few months after the highly successful “Daryl sONGs” concert which he also directed. Guests include Migz Haleco (of Migz and Maya), Nyoy Volante, Daryl Ong, and other surprises.

KAYE CAL, TODO OPM SA UNANG MAJOR CONCERT

 

Sold out agad ang VVIP seats kalahating oras pagkatapos ilabas ang tickets para sa pinaka-inaabangang unang solo major concert ng acoustic soul artist na si Kaye Cal na pinamagatang “Kaye Pop” at magaganap sa August 18 (Biyernes), 8PM sa Music Museum.

 

Tatak OPM ang lahat ng kakantahin ng Kapamilya singer para sa nasabing Star Events concert, at pangungunahan ito ng mga sumikat nyang bersyon ng “Ikaw Lang” at “Kung Ako Na Lang Sana,” at mga sariling komposisyon na “Rosas” at “Mahal Ba Ako ng Mahal Ko.” Ang mga awiting ito ay bahagi ng unang solo album niya mula sa Star Music na inilunsad noon lamang Marso.

 

Kasama rin sa dapat abangan ang kanyang cover ng “Why Can’t It Be?” na matagumpay na nakamit ang rank 11 sa BillboardPH Top 20, rank 11 para sa July 17 weekly period.

 

Bukod sa nalalapit na show, excited na rin ang dating lead vocalist ng Ezra Band para sa isa pang bonggang proyekto. Sa kanyang panayam sa TV Patrol kamakailan, kinwento niya ang nakuhang international recording deal na sisimulan niyang gawin sa susunod na buwan.

Siya rin ay naging director ng matagumpay na concert ni Dary Ong, ang “Daryl Songs” na ginanap ilang buwan pa lamang ang nakakalipas. Kabilang sa guests sina Migz Haleco (ng Migz and Maya), Nyoy Volante, Daryl Ong, at iba pang mga sorpresa.
