SKYBIZ LAUNCHES 24/7 AFTER-SALES SUPPORT TEAM

SKYBIZ TechXperts, a round-the-clock customer support team is now on board to attend to clients of SKYBIZ, the Pay TV and business broadband solutions arm of SKY Cable Corporation
 
“SKYBIZ is dedicated to meeting that high standard and commits itself to the improvement of its customer assistance through the introduction of its TechXperts,” said Mr. Jon Arayata, SKYBIZ Business Unit Head.
The after-sales group officially went on board last February 27, 2017 and was introduced to the entire SKY sales team at the SKY Network Operations headquarters in San Juan last February 27.
 
The SKYBIZ TechXperts are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and are trained to attend to the technical needs of clients. Through this initiative, SKYBIZ aims to build businesses better not just to provide the ultimate content and reliable connectivity but also dependable, continuous after-sales service to its corporate and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) partners in various industries and fields.
